Whether you are in i’tikaaf or worhipping Allah in your home, at the masjid, on the streets or anywhere else, make sure in these beautiful nights, you make one sincere and deep dua and especially this duaa.
O Allah, you are the pardoner and you love to pardon, so pardon me.
Learn and memorise this and say it whenever you are by yourself. Say it with understanding, feeling, passion, believe and certainty. Allah loves this dua and he loves his slave to utter this dua so utter it. Say it from your heart.
The best time to say this dua or any dua in fact, is during the last third of the night when Allah (subhanahu wa ta’la) descends towards the lower heaven, and he proclaims, is there anyone supplicating to me so that I grant his supplication.
In these last 10 nights, before suhoor, get up and do some prayers and if you don’t want to pray, at least make this dua.
If you don’t know Arabic, don’t let this be a hindrance for you as you can do dua in any language you please.
Also, recite the Quran as much as you can during these last 10 nights. Evaluate yourself and assess where you are heading. Also read the seerah of the Prophet (sallalahu alayhi wa salam) as this will increase your love for him.
